Please tell the documents required for filling ITR 4 . The business is Paying Guest. Income is Rent of the P.G Home. The owner is Individual.

I currently own 1 flat, where i stay which can be treated as my SOP. On the same floor i have another flat which i have purchased and hence i own both the flats on the floor. After which i combined both the flats into one house. my question is that can i treat both the flats as SOP or I have to treat one as SOP and one as DLOP .
This question arises because there are two different agreements on two different dates.
What should be the tax treatment?

In case of ITR 4 (for tax audit purpose)
There are two option for dates
1)Date of furnishnig audit report
2)Date of audit report
please advise on the difference between the two

ARE RESTRICTED HOLIDAYS ALLOWED DURINGARTICLESHIP PERIOD (like rakshabandhan)

MOREOVER, IF WE HAVE TAKEN 3 MONTHS EXAM LEAVES THEN WETHER THE GAZETTED HOLIDAYS AND SUNDAYS FALLING BETWEEN THIS 3 MONTHS PERIOD
SHALL ALSO BE TREATED AS LEAVES?? PLEASE HELP ME SIR, IT CAN DELAY MY FREIND`S ATTEMPT.
