suppose if you export the goods milk cream UNDER ITC HS CODE 0401 dbk is available on this item 1% when you not availed the cenvat
export done :5000 USD
fob in inr 5000*exchange rate assume rs.60
fob value is : 5000*60=3,00,000
dbk will be 1%on 300000= Rs.30,000
BUT IF YOUR BUYER PROVIDE YOU FC 4900(SUPPOSE) THE DBK INCENTIVE WILL BE ADMISSIBLE =4900*60*1%
RS.=29,400
