I have read about duty drawback but I am unable to understand so sir pl explain me what is duty drawback in briefly with example.

I have download and read this link but till I have confusion about duty drawback if you will give me an practical example then it will help full to me for understanding.

18 September 2013 suppose if you export the goods milk cream UNDER ITC HS CODE 0401 dbk is available on this item 1% when you not availed the cenvat

export done :5000 USD

fob in inr 5000*exchange rate assume rs.60

fob value is : 5000*60=3,00,000
dbk will be 1%on 300000= Rs.30,000

BUT IF YOUR BUYER PROVIDE YOU FC 4900(SUPPOSE) THE DBK INCENTIVE WILL BE ADMISSIBLE =4900*60*1%

RS.=29,400
