We are Providing Information Technology service and Receiving Manpower Service.

On Manpower Service we are required to pay service Tax on 75%.

Whether we can AVAIL CENVAT CREDIT of service tax paid on manpower service???

If yes then where we required to SHOW that cenvat credit in SERVICE TAX RETURN (UNDER PAID SERVICE BY CASH/CENVAT CREDIT/RULE6(3)/RULE6(4))?

Dear sir , A Pvt Ltd Company had appointed Statutory Auditor for FY 12-13 in its AGM, but due to some reason the Company wants to remove its Auditor and appoint a new Auditor in its place. What is the procedure? Does Form 23B have to be filed again? Whether EGM has to be called?
