20 September 2013 I am a company secretary professional year student appearing for CS exam this december 2013 module 1 and module 4. Can any expert clarify me whether companies act 2013 is applicable for December 2013 exam. If yes, to what extent?

What are the updates to be known before appearing for the upcoming CS december 2013 exam?

ICSI already cleared in this regard,
However, Highlights of the Act can be asked...
