Can i sign the balance sheet at individual name? If yes, Then how the name will be appear of the auditor in the audit report as the firm name we write as

How the individual should write when he sign the balance sheet. And how will I fulfill the requirement to write FRN while signing the balance sheet and what are the requirements to file in ROC for accepting the audit for an individual as it is necessary to quote the FRN no in ROC forms?
