    Transfer in 2nd year(Medical Grounds) If i take leave for 3 months UNDER MY PRINCIPAL, that is while submitting Form 109, I will write in it leave 90days. 1.Then will it delay my attempt? 2.Is this permissible? or its compulsory to not be registered under a principal for 3 months?
