18 July 2013 hello,

i am a ca final student and need help regarding Strategic Financial Mgmt.(SFM) subjct.

Consider me as a completely blank about fundas of sfm and suggest me a book which will help me to gain knowledge about the same.

Actually, i mean that to solve the sums of practice manuals or RTP or other..,first thing is my base should be cleared and i should know the concepts.
So please suggest me a reference book or anything which helps me out to clear the concept.

Among my friends and colleagues, i have heard about two books namely, A.N. Sridhar and S.D.Bala.

So please help me regd.the same and give suggestions to clear in this subject.

THANKS A LOT FOR CONSIDERING MY PROBLEM AND HELPING ME FOR THE SAME.

Ya ashwani sir, sure i will try to get Gupta sir notes.

Secondly, its not about conflict to any personal view but as i have got to know i am little bit confused so i would like to share it here, the thing is i many students says that S.D.Bala book is good for basic concept clarity and consits explanation in simple language while Sridhar book is mostly used for practice of sums only and it have less conceptual clarity compared to Bala.

To be honest,i dont have experience of any book yet so if possible please clear this much for me.
