I nokaraju .i secured 189 but failed in aggregate. I kept for certified copy of costing and FM paper and received in time.I compared my answer with suggested answers. after verifying I found that one of the question was valued as zero. it was same as in suggested answers. I was 16 marks question . . please any one advice

We are registered under 1ss dealer excise.
I am getting the material manufactured from non-excisable company.
But lot of excise components are involved in the same.
Also we are supplying the same to the customer who is under manufacturing excise.

Can I claim modvat if the modvat form is made by the component manufacturer?

Query:One of my clients got land as gift from his father(ancestors) (800sq yds)and he purchased some land from neighbour(200sq yds) and constructed flats in the land (1000sq yds) given and purchased and sold them. Whether it be taxed under capital gain income or business income. In earlier years of his returns he has not shown as capital asset. He is a civil works contract by business / profession.

A pvt ltd company the directors are approve the balance sheet & signed the director report sec-217 oon dated 12/09/2013 but the company held agm on dated 30/09/2013 if any issue on this case ?

And what the means of addopt the bal sheet in agm is that means to signed the director report at agm please describe ?
