if Form 15CA & 15CB is Apllicable, whether TDS is Deductable or not?
I have registered myself for IPCC both group on Jan'2010.
Due to some problem not been able to give examination during this period and now i want to appear on the examination.
1) Can i appear for Group -I in Nov-14 & Group-II on May-15.
2) Is PCC is different from IPCC if yes, then do I need to give examination as per the new syllabus.

As per AS-26 Goodwill should appear in the books only if it is purchased Goodwill.
In the chapter Amalgamation, in the Amalgamation in the nature of Purchase, we are using word Goodwill(Purchase consideration>Net Asset taken Over).
In the above Context:
Q1)Whether Goodwill word used in Amalgamation Chapter is a purchased Goodwill.If no then why shown in Balance sheet.Can anybody please help me.

I have contacted a lot of CAs before posting this query here and they seem to have confused me more so I seek your urgent help here to remove my confusion.
We started an LLP a few months back with four designated partners, two of them were serving as employees at different companies. The company is now restricting their involvement in the LLP. So I want to either remove the partners name from the LLP by resignation or change the designation of designated partners to sleeping partners.
I seek your help is guiding me to which form to file with the MCA for it.
