One of my known is starting a Construction company in Ghaziabad on Individual or Partnership basis. Please suggest what all documents/formalities/ registrations they need at the time of start up.

Which firm should be better - Individual or partnership

07 May 2014 to start with he/she can do so as an individual. This gives him/her the freedom of operations and lesser tax compliances.

registrations shall include, PAN, service tax, vat, UP-shops and establishment, TAN (if the turnover exceed Rs 1 cr).
