what is the procedure for taking transfer after 1year of training ..... suggest me friends....

you need to be covered under regulation 56(1). if you are covered, you need to send a letter to ICAI for seeking approval for transfer. This letter needs to be signed by both CA and the article.
once the approval is received, form 109 is to be submitted. and subsequently, Form 103 can be executed with new CA.
