Transfer of asset during partition of family

Dear sir,

Whether income tax is charged on asset received during partition of family ???
Our yearly income is not exceeding 2 lac.
If i receive asset during partition of our family then whether it is taxable in my hand.

Tds refundable

Hi,

I am following for tds refundable with cpc for past two years but still i am not getting the proper reply, is there is any option to reach the correct department to get the tds amount.

Claim of tds deducted by government.

I had not filled the Income Tax return for F.Y. 2010-2011, in the same year Government acquired my land under compulsory acquisition. Now in current year Government provided the compensation with interest on which they have deducted TDS. So how to claim such TDS???

Section 185 of the companies act 2013

sir i have doubt.

A public limited company has given loan to private limited company (100% Subsidary). Also all directors of subsidary company are director of holding company.

So please let me know is such loan is allowed sec. 185 of companies act 2013 or not??
