Filing of STK-3 in State other than company registered Date

Hello, Guys can any one tell me whether we need to file STK -3 ( Sign and Execute) in the same state where company is registered or we can execute in a different State

Yes, you can execute and sign the STK-3 in a state other than where the company is registered. There is no legal requirement under the Companies Act, 2013, that requires directors to be physically present in the state of the registered office to sign this document.
