Formation of company by advocate

21 January 2026 i have created a loging id on mca portal being advocate for formation of compnay as per section 7 . i have already applied for company name approval granted. how to proceed further as on mca portal only ca cma or cs allowed to form a company and file declaration . can i proceed as authorised representatives , as option of advocate for filing declaration is not available .

26 January 2026 you must upgrade it or create a new one as a Business User. You will be required to enter your Membership Number and the Bar Council name. This allows the system to recognize you as a professional authorized to sign the INC-8 declaration (Certification by Professional) within the SPICe+ Part B form.
