What is the rate of depreciation as per It act 1961 for the building which has been taken on rent for running a hotel Industry

I need this information immediately unless i know this, i cannot complete the depreciation accounting satisfactorily

B. Less: Total leave taken (including weekly holidays) = 178
C. Actual Period served = 917
D. Entitlement of leave (1/6th of the actual period served) = (917/6) = 153

EXCESS LEAVE: (B – D) = 25.

Sir, we have considered weekly holidays in Form 109 for leave purpose.(We have considered 180 days as leave applicable)

Institute have issued us a notice for excess leave taken of 25 days. Please suggest the process for solving this problem.

I have lost my pan card while travelling.
can anyone please tell me how should i get it back? I have photocopy of the pan card.

if i need to apply for reprinting then please enlighten me with the following:

1. IS there any specific form in which i need to apply for reprinting?

Hi Experts,

I have the following questions and would like to have the answers from all the experts:

1. Is it really important to disclose the saving account interest while filing ITR1 (considering I am a salaried person). What if I do not (negative consequences)?

2. In case it exceeds 10,000 , do I need to update "Schedule TDS 2" section? My bank did not deducted any amount on the interest and I dont see any such deduction/entry in Form-26AS.
