Dear experts in one of the case ITO insisting to include the car and cash in hand shown in the balance sheet of the business,apart from the cash in hand in his personnel account, in the taxable list of assets,
is it correct?

Revenue reversal of service tax invoice

If a company engaged in service providing and want to reverse revenue for the month of march 2014 in May 2014 with service tax so is it possible?

sir, i have little ancestral agricultural land almost hundred yrs old. As per tehsil records , its semi urban village, with elected pradhan in it. though nagar nigam and development authority has included some villages including my village. but we pay agriculture tax. so if i sell it what will be tax position

Ceiling limit of extraordinary general meeting.
