Joint Venture

Is it possible to make a joint venture & subsequent MOU between an Indian university and a private educational society with a few members to set up an Institute.

later several years both the parties are failed to meet the clauses of the MOU and the institute is closed.

Under this situation what the students will do?

The legal proceedings and case will go beyond several years again?

Can we put a case in Fast track court ?
