is it necessary to be in articleship while appearing in examination? i want to leave articleship after completeing 18 months in July08, to prepare for my PCC, as my C.A. would not allow me that much leave i wanted from him . After that i would again join articleship , but someone told me that i can't do it as you should be registered under someone while appearing in examination, so please help me what can i do?

CST rates are going to change from 1st of may,2008. But there is no circular has been issued to us form central authority.
Is it okay to deduct CST @2% Form the party before any circular?
