pl may someone tell me what is defination of "Input Services"?
mean to say (a)may we consider the services provided by a service provider from manufacturing a final product and upto Sale?

or (b)it's only services which are used upto manufaturing the final product?

(c)further if above (b)called input services, can we avail the Service tax credit, provided by a sevice provider inbetween, after manufacturing a final product and upto sale the same?

From our C.A. We received message that Online TDS Payment is Compulsory from 1st April'08.

But, due to some problems we unable to start netbanking facility(applied but not yet started).

Because of which we not yet paid TDS for March'08.

Now I want to know that, Can we make our pending TDS Payments for year 2007-08(March'08) now by Cheques or any other source?

Is there any penalty?

How are they computed?

Sir,now my query is that after transferring in PCC am i eligible for PCC attempt in next attempt after starting Article ship or i have to complete 18 months Articleship for appearing in PCC exam.

Dear All,

Earlier there was the provision in the CA regulations to train additional article students besides regular article students. I would like to know whether that provision still exist in the CA regulations or not. If somebody can provide the section then it will be highly appriciated.
