When the buget actully accepted by parliament. How one can get the accepted buget in parliament after it was passed by finance minister.( Date )

BOTH HOUSES IN OUR PARLIAMENT -LOK SABHA AND RAJYA SABHA HAVE TO PASS THE BUDGET AFTER DISCUUSION AND AFTER PRESENTATION BY FIN. MINISTER IN LIK SABHA.
AFTER PASSING OF THE FINANCE BILL BY BOTH HOUSES, THE PRESIDENT'S ASSENT IS REQUIRED .
AFTER THE PRESIDENT GIVES HIS ASSENT, THE FINANCE ACT 2008 IS GEZETTED AND COMES INTO OPERATION,THOUGH EXCISE PROVISIONS WERE OPERATIONAL FROM 01-03-08 AND OTHER PROVISIONS COMES INTO EFFECT ROM 01-04-08.
