Dear Sir
Plz solve my problem I am confused about MGT 14 and INC 21
is both forms will compulsorily filled by every company under section 180(1) and 184(1)
It is urgent
I am waiting for your reply
Thanks
Earlier section 180 of Companies Act, 2013 was not applicable to Private Companies.
In private Companies, Shall we have to pass special resolution for borrowings exceeding paid up capital & free reserves for borrowings taken before applicabiltiy of this section.
Thanks.

CAN TAN ALLOCATE WITHOUT PAN?
IF YES THEN HOW TO GET PAN OF THAT CORRESPONDING TAN FROM INTERNET OR ELSE SOURCE
Sir,
We list our products on websites like flipkart, snapdeal etc. A customer purchases the product and the payment is made to the channels. The channels later on pay us the amount after deducting the commission and service tax. So is it necessary to deduct the TDS on the commission? Also there is a contract between the channels and the company.
if anyone doesnt go office for his articleship and after 2 years of completing his articleship realises that he knows nothing about working except basic knowlege of accounting,tally,ms-excel and basics of audit .
then waht should he do .
pls guide .

IF A COMPANY PAYS RENT OF RS. 120000 AND THE DEDUCTEE DOESN'T SUBMIT THE PAN DETAILS. TDS TO BE DEDUCTED BY COMPANY WOULD BE @ 20% OR NIL.
