I filed TDS return for FY 2022-23 (Q4)on 31st may'23, it is processed with defaults later on filed TDS correction return. Correction return status showing as rejected at efiling without intimating any error. two times done still same status, How to proceed?
Is it mandatory to deduct TDS by flat owners for the payment done to a party from their collective bank account?. They are registered under 'Association of person'.
Collective Bank account in the sense, all the flat owners transfer their maintenance amount to a single bank account which opened under flat A/c and from there the payments are made.
Eg: If they pay an amount of Rs.110000/- to a contractor for garden maintenance. Does the flat owners need to deduct TDS.

In a company audit whether an auditor can give multiple opinion?
example qualified opinion regarding some aspects of financial statement and disclaim with regards to some other aspects or adverse opinion with respect to some aspects?
Whether the types of opinion is mutually exclusive( only one opinion in one report?)

while filling ITR 3 I have not entered any amount under SEC 80U Sch VI . During validation the error comes"In Schedule VIA, deduction u/s 80U for self with severe disability cannot be more than the maximum limit of Rs.1,25,000". I have deleted SEC 80U under Schedule C and D. Still same error is coming
A client has inherited listed shares from his brother. All these shares were purchased before 31st Jan, 2018 but exact date of acquisition and cost of acquisition is not available as many of these shares were earlier held in physical form and later dematerialized.
What should be shown as the cost of acquisition in case some shares have now been sold by the client? Can we consider FMV as on 31st Jan, 2018 also under cost of acquisition or any guidance available under the Act?
If anyone has dealt with such case practically then please advise.

I am a pensioner. I have deposited Rs. 1.10 L on 07.04.22 and 0.40 L in 03.23 in post office ppf account , but it is not reflected in AIS statement. Hence, this amount is not shown in prefilled form of ITR. How this will be included ?
I'm a ca final student. I have submitted form 108 recently. In my articleship period, stipend have been paid in not in each month. It have been paid quarter wise or half yearly wise. And ICAI has questioned it. Why it is not as per month wise and ask me the explanation in mail. What can be answered I should give?
