Articleship transfer

sir,

i have registered for articleship on 30/4/2014.But currently i am not happy with the kind of work given to me which is merely tally entries of a bank a/c.Is there any way i can take a transfer and still be eligible for nov 2016 attempt ? (need to complete 2.5 years as on the 1st day of month of relevant attempt )

Service tax to be charged on works contract

I am providing works contract service of POP and electrical fitting work to builder who is constructing new building for residential purpose.
My question is that what is the rate of abatement on works contract service provided by me

Head of a/c (flat maintenance)

if an amount is paid for maintenance of own flat used by company....to which head of account this should be taken...pls someone reply asap.

Alteration and increased in share capital

Pls let me know, Whether there is any new form for form 5 as per companies act 1956?
If we want to alter and increase our authorised share capital as per resolution dated 31/03/2014 which form is to be filled with registrar.Pls rpy urgently.

Common seal

Board resolution is submitted to banks by company. My question is whether copy of board resolution needs to have common seal affixed? If no then why it is not needed?

Capital gain exemption

SIR WE ARE SOLD THE AGRICULTURE LAND IN THE YEAR 2008-09 AND WE ARE NOT PURCHASED THE NEW LAND TILL DATE. SO THAT WE ARE ENTITLED FOR EXEMPTION U/S 54B.

Head of a/c (for chq retd chr.for insufficient funds)

please let me know if the cheque sent for clearing is being returned by the bank due to insufficient funds and for that bank has charged some amount ...so to which head of a/c these charges should be taken...pls anyone reply asap.Tks
