Sir,
I am presently undrgoing for articleship training from bhilwara. I m appearing in articlship secondyear my father got transfer before one year dated 4june 2013. In chittor district but I want to learning work so I live in bhilwara. But now I want to shift with my father and I want to take transfer from bhilwara to another city basis of my father transfer order.
Can I do sir??? Please giv me answer with specyfy ground in which I am taking transfr..

Is ipcc is equivalent to intermediate?

I have cleared my both group of ipcc. I have registered for my articleship on 1st june 2012. icai have published a notification in june that candidate can appear in ca final exam during the last year of articleship if has passed intermediate/pe 2 examination. can I give my ca final exam on nov 2014.

We are purchasing software subscription which are taxed with Service Tax. Since we do not have the service tax registration and we have only Karnataka VAT registration, how would we account service tax purchases and where to show in VAT return.

And we also sell those service taxed products.

Please let us know hot account these transactions under Karnataka VAT.

Dear Expert,

We (A public Ltd Co.) give a contract to a person transferring our plant & machinery (Like Hydra Plant, Batching Plant, Factory Shed)from One Site to another.

Party has given service Bill to us without charging any service tax say of Rs. 500000/-.

Party (an individual) is a civil contractor and not taken service tax no.


Now my query is What is our service liability.

Under which head we are liable to pay and is there any abatement or reverse charge is available.


Pls reply its very urgent.
