1. You may register under SHOPS & ESTABLISHMENT under department of Labour
2. If your turnover is more than 10 lac, you have to registered under SERVICE TAX.

if it is co-operative society, then you have to register with REGISTRAR OF CO-OPERATIVE SOCIETY
