sir i am a 85% student i have appeared my cpt exam in June 2014 but i did not qualify it . i am not able to decide what to do . i wish to take b com computer applications in iimc lakdikapul i will appear cpt once again in december 2014 . i will pass definitely . i will proceed to ipcc training . can i convert my b com regular degree to distance degree after b com first year . i want your your suggestions and any commerce career advises .

How to book Expenses relating to get trade mark registration for a pvt ltd company. we paid 55000/- to a consultant it includes
fee for 5 applications @ 7500 total 37500/-
and professional fees to consultant 17500
total is 55000/-.

then how to book these expenses in company books of accounts.

I have registered my articles in Mar'2012, till now i have utilized 31 days leave and eligible to give my Nov'14 attempt, but i m not interested to give Nov'14 attempt since my coaching is not yet completed.
I want to give May'15 attempt exam leave can be availed to the maximum of 90 days as per institute rules.
Can i take that 90 days leave for my May'14 attempt if i am having leave credit. Here the thing is my articles getting completed by Mar'15, So can i claim such 90 days leave for May'15 or not.

My Company has purchased a car in 2009 and has paid Road Tax for 5 years. Now in 2014 we are liable to pay the Tax again.

Here is the dealer who got his Tin No. in May - 2014, He made only 1 purchase for Rs:- 5000 on which he didn't pay Vat & SAT, when he made a sale for Rs:- 15000 he collected Vat & SAT both with the gross amount, in this situation what would he should do while filling Vat return in UP..Will he have to pay Vat which was collected on sale & should he submit his purchase details in Annexure A while filling Vat..kindly motivate me......its already late....

One of my client company has allotted shares to Overseas Citizen of India by receiving payment for the same through NRO Account.

Kindly advise whether Form FC GPR is required to be filed with RBI.

Further in case the Overseas Citizen of India wishes to transfer shares to non-resident, kindly tell the procedure.
