Please advise, one of my friend an architect receives professional charges from foreign country. Is there any tax implication while transfer, whether to create any separate account to receive such funds?

Assessee is employed in mumbai where he lives in a rented house. He is in receipt of HRA.
In Current year assessee purchases a new Flat in Nasik. He shows this Flat as self occupied and claims deduction of Interest on Housing loan.
In these circumstances can the assessee still get the deduction of HRA ?

Dear Experts,
I Have registered for CWA Final in May'2013 and i am also working in an organisation as a manager(F&A)from January'2013 on wards, due to some reasons i have not intimated the same till now to the institute. Shall i intimate now and whether i will get exemption of practical training for my experience? if not what shall i do now?

no need for separate account. the income shall be taxable in India.

Yes he is eligible for HRA deduction since he is not able to occupy his residential flat in Nasik because he is employed in Mumbai.
