hello sir, i am registered for CS executive old syllabus. this DECEMBER being the last attempt i want to clear both the groups but my books are of 2011 2012 attempt, even the scanners that i have are that old, please guide me what books to refer to.

Tds on fd

TDS on interest on FD has been deducted by bank because of non submission of PAN u/s194A..I have no other income.Please tell me how can I claim refund of TDS...I had never filed return as well..
