25 July 2014 My original PAN address was Tinsukia in Assam. But now I have shifted in Guwahati. By Since last 5 years I have been filing my IT returns online in Tinsukia. Now I have to file for IT return for AY 2014-15. How can I know the actual jurisdictional ITO Ward at Guwahati where I can file my IT Return ? Of course, in the coming year I will change my PAN address by applying correction form. Now, If I file my IT return again at Tinsukia showing my earlier address, I may face problem in getting bank finance. Please advise me as what should I do ?

25 July 2014 Show your present address with jurisdiction remaining as before. There will be no issue. Even if you apply for change in address of PAN your Jurisdiction will remain same. No need to get your jurisdiction changed.

02 August 2014 if your area come under the same commessioner then no requiredment of change in address.

you can change the address to apply with with change in PAN form.
