Please say Whether depreciation on trust assets can be claimed also whether that depreciation loss can be carried forward or not?

I am sumit.an Indian NRI.works at merchant navy.In Sri Lanka shipping worker has no pay tax ...so if I take citizenship of Sri Lanka and take Indian visa every time to stay in India ... then I don't have to pay tax in India even if I don't sail for 6 months ...and I can stay in India for as much as I can its possible please suggest me quickly. thanks

Due to many reasons like articleship, availability of coaching classes etc., i m unable to take my FR coaching till February 2015.
Is it advisable to postpone it till then(considering the difficulty levels of the past exam papers and other reasons).... if not can anyone pls suggest me what has to be done.... I m really unable to decide what to do....plz help me n reply asap.

today I efiled ITR-1 with the option prepare and submit online for A.Y. 2013-14


but I committed mistake in choosing Return filed under Section 139(1) i.e. code 11 instead of 139(4)


return has been accepted and uploaded , I took print out of ITR-V


but I am confused whether I should revise my return showing belated return 139(4) or send ITR-V to CPC
