FY 2012-13 we showed profit U/s 44AD * return filled in time. FY 2013-14 there is loss. We are not going as per U/s 44AD. My question is if we filled return after 31st July 2014 our loss will be carry forward to next year ? secondly If there is loss FY 2013-14 any change to get our file to be open for scrutiny. because we change our method of accounting.

We had conducted board meeting on 31st March 2014.Is it compulsory to conduct Board meeting in each quarter? and what would be last date for me to conduct Board meeting in this quarter? and What would be the effect if the board meeting will not be conduct?

1) FINDING IT VERY DIFFICULT TO DOWNLOAD ITR 4 EXCEL/JAVA UTILITY SINCE IT IS TAKING TOO LONG AND FINALLY I AM RECEIVING ERROR. FIRST OF ALL DEPT WANTS A SMALL COMMISSION AGENT EARNING JUST 5 TO 6 THOUSAND HAS TO FILE RETURN IN ITR 4 TO CLAIM REFUND OF TDS

2) IN THE INCOME TAX SIGHT I OBSERVE A CHECK LIST MENTIONING PASS BOOK/ BALANCE SHEETS/PREVIOUS YEAR IT RETURNS REQUIRED TO BE SENT.
