I have terminated my articleship on 31st July.(10 months of artielship). Should I Re-Register the Articelship with a new Auditor within one month? If I did not re register wihin 1 month after the termination, Will not the 10 months be counted and again a fresh 3 years should be done?

Sir, I have a query that to which amount we should charge WCT TDS and TDS 94C. For Example:-
Gross Bill 100.00
(+)Service Tax
(100*40%*12.36%) 4.94
TOTAl 104.94
(+)VAT
(104.94*75%*12.5%) 9.84
TOTAL 114.78
TDS U/s 194C @ 2% ?
TDS WCT @4% ?

Sir my query is that to which amount we have to charge TDS of 94C as well as WCT. Pls suggest me.

hello sir, i want to know the proposed changes in the syllabus of CA IPCC Group 2 as would be applicable for November 2014 exams.

In Private Limited Company, we are issuing a fresh certificate in lieu of old share certificate.

My query is whether Share Certificate can be start from Serial No. 1 or to start from the next number of last issued old Share Certificate Number.

And also can we show reason that new certificate is issued due to shifting of Registered Office.

my princple auditor died in 20 th july, 2014 , i completed 2 yrs 3ms artcle ship period to that date. i also applied for nov-14 exams.
at what date i shall join at the new auditor for eligible for exams. my article period ends on 9.4.2015.
please kindly advice the procedure for this situation. i am very afried for my attempt on nov-14 and also completion my article ship period.
please give the advice as early as possible
