my client has upload itr before due date for the a/y 2013-14 but for oversight he can't dispatch the verification letter (ITR V) and the above mentioned ITR V has been dispatch to cpc banglore in last week so it will be ok or not

I had completed my CPT in 2010 Dec. I had passed with 63%, I had taken print s of my marks list from ICAI Website. But till now I have not received my CPT Original marks list. But I received the IPCC Original marks list with certificate also.

Now Iam doing articleship, Is the printouts of CPT IS sufficient for further... or Originals are required?

How can I get my originals?
Still Iam also not received the registration letter and ID CARD Of my articleship? How can I get such from Board?

I had completed my IPCC in first attempt in may'2012. I had joined in an audit firm for articlehip. Due to Health problem I had taken termination from them within 50 days. Then afterwards in 2013 Dec Iam again joined in another auditfirm to complete my ca course. Is iam eligible to do GMCS-I within 1 year from date of rejoining or first princepal joining.

can anyone pls tellme whether doing articleship in bigfour is good or doing in small and medium firms is good if i wish to start a ca firm after completing ca course?

As per Education guide of CBEC, horticulture is covered under the definition of agriculture. and agriculture is in negative list of service tax. therefore there is no service tax on horticulture.
my question is that what is the definition/ scope of horticulture. how to determine whether this activity is horticulture or not.

I am Bcom LLB & CS professional student.(PA 6 L)
I have been working in the field of A/c & taxation from near about 8-9 year & wanted to continue the same even after completion of my CS.

My current Company is Pvt. Ltd. Co. need to appoint Full time CS as per the new CA act and even old Act also but they are still not appointed the same only PCS firm has appointed on retainer ship basis.

1)I wanted to know the career prospective after completion of CS without changing the current job profile ?

2)Suppose my current company offer me position of company secretary along with my current profile then what are traning & formalities i have to complete before eligible for appointment and what salary i have to quote?

I've applied for membership on May 13th,2014.Still I've not recieved any number mentioned card.I've got an invitation through mail for convocation for certificate of membership.I thought after completion of that schedule it will be sent to me.Is it right?
