can CENVAT credit be taken in respect of service tax paid on mobile bills

it is not specified in Circular No. 59/8/2003 that credit on mobile bills cannot be taken in Service Tax Act by Taxman

For manufacturing concerns, what are the input credit rules in respect of service tax paid on services availed.

sir is it similar like income tax challan to give single copy of GAR-7 to bank for payment of tax instead of TR-6 four-copies.?

In respect of Debit note received during 2005-06 from customer towards sales return and credit note accounted in the books of account in 2006-07 can we claim Cenvat credit for the excise portion. Also clarify whether cenvat credit can be taken for debit notes of customer raised in 2005-06 and yet to be accounted in the books of account, by now

i have qry if any person get HRA from his employer which is Rs 26,000 & his income is Rs 2,00,000 & pay Rs. 50,000 as house rent than that is Tax deduction here
Rs. 26,000 HRA Actualy he GET
Rs. 30,000 (net amount total rent-10% of salary)
or Rs. 24,000 limit on house rent

under which rule chapter vi or section 10(b) & why

my client,s business is related to software and they do follow a wdv method of depriciation...
if i calculate depriciation at 40% as per companoes act for computers and software the asset value is negative...
