Will CPA degree from US will provide benefit along with CA degree?

Mr.X is working in a foreign company. He goes on ship. He has been a NRI throughout. This time when he returns on leave he doesnt go back and eventually loses his NRI status. What are the consequences?

A machine is to be repaired in Germany Amachine is to be repaired in Germany,where the supplier is located. The machine is a proprietory product of the supplier in Germany. The machine shall be despatched from Kolkata. The repair charges are inclusive of materials to be used in repair.The supplier does not have a permanent place of business or any business establishment in India. In the circumstances, please clarify whether TDS is applicable on the repair charges? Further, Whether Customs duty is payable on re-import and Service tax is applicable on the repair charges?

I want to know that whether I can create the HUF Account
Status of our family
My Father having Three Sons. My Father is already having HUF account. I am the second son. I am also married and having a son. So can i create a HUF account having my wife and son (minor 3ys age) OR On what circumstances Can i create HUF Account. I met two persons.
One says you cannot open a HUF account as your father has an HUF account opened.
Other Says that As you are married and having a son you can open a HUF account.

Please Guide Me

One of my client want to purchase a running rolling mill(PVT. Co.) in west bengal. I want to know wheather the purchaase shall be made on valuation of individual assets and liablities or purchase the whole shares and the advantages /disadbantages in both the proposal.

Wheather TDS to be deducted on payments made to hotel for loadging/ boarding charges for company guests.

I have cleared CPT in August 2008. I have still not got articleship in Ahmedabad. I could not register for PCC exam in May 2009 as I did not receive articleship by October 2007. Now to register for PCC in November 2009 I will have to get articleship by April 2008 but its very difficult to get articleship. Please someone help me

I m in final yr. of C.A. Nov.09 (first & last attempt).
I want to know what other course i shud go for while along or after C.A.
i m tempted to do either C.S., MBA (F), or L.L.B.
i also want to know is doing C.A. only is sufficient or some more course would add anythis to it or not.
