Is it necessary that a separate numbering is needed for ARE 2 as compared to ARE 1.Or shall I give the continuation no. of ARE1 for ARE2.

Also What are the documents to be collected by the nanufacturer if he is billing the products manufactured by him in FORM H.

There are two companies ;Company-1. an established pvt. mfg. company having a business potential of 30-35 crore ( having production capacity to double) and assets value of Rs,10-15 core. Company-2. is a newly formed ltd. compny in business is less then two year and turnover is around 5-6 crore. Is it correct to make the company-1 to subsidiary of company-2( which is a ltd. company).
Can any one suggest me a correct answer! if not what best thing can be done in view of a public issue in future?

Capital Gain on Land

Dear Sir,
One of my client having 7 acres land from 2001 and gave for Development in 2008on 35 : 65 basis

The Developer Constructing 900000 Sft. and the Land Lord Share is 315000sft.

The Construction will be Sold in 2012 and the Estimated Consideration is 20 Crores

Pls. Advice me What is the LTCG ? AND When the LTCG will be Taxble ?

We have made an agreement to pay the rent of Rs.9500/- and maintenance charges of Rs.4500/-.

Is TDS applicable, if yes on which amt?
