Income from Rent

Can any one clarify......

I have a property in mumbai, & i have sold the same to one private limited company. Now process to transfer a property to buyer is under process. During the period buyer agree to pay me some amount every month & then he will deduct the same from final amount already agreed between us( on transfer of property to his name)

he will pay me monthly amount after deduction of TDS( as per TDS % on rent )

how will i show the above in my computation of I tax ???? is it income from House Property or in next year the same is from Capital Gain ?????

Advance Tax

If assessee had not paid the advance tax in the AY-2008-09 but paid the tax liability along with interest u/s 234B&C.

Now the assessee has been asked to pay advance tax for the AY-2009-10 by the ITO.

Can they ask for the same if we are ready to pay interest & 234 B& C.

ST on Labour charges

Dear Experts,
Is service tax attracted for labour charges ( labour charges for machining work). Last year turnover Rs.780000/-. Turnover for FY 2008-09 is 2700000/- upto January 2009. For Which portion st is to be paid? 27 lacs or 17 lace (ie 27 lacs less 10 lacs).Pls clarify

Hire Purchase Accounting

In Hire purchase accounting the vendor deals in both cash sales and HP sales such being the case, the stock reserve for closing HP stock is to be ascertained using the loading percentage on HP price, will the loading has to be computed by HP price - Cash Price Or HP Price - Cost Price?
