At the time of transfer either Exam leave will be counted in the total number of leaves or not?

Goods exported to 3rd party under Rebate calim and DBK 2% of custom component is retun part qty.
Now we allready received DBK 2% and also Rebate is claim.

If an assessee owns 1 truck & runs 1 truck on hire, under the same business name, can the income from the owned truck be shown under section 44AE & that from the rented truck under section 44AD at the same time?

If Maruti put condition to its dealer that if you want to purchase the car, you have to provide 3 free service to the customer and for that we do not pay anything to you.

Dealer provide free service to customer in regards to above mention condition. Is it consider as free service or paid service?
Is service tax leaved on such service?

I gave exam in DEC 2012 of Module I (executive) and My marks is 60 in GCL, 31 in A/cs and 68 in Tax Law. Now let me know that Can I exempt from whole Module I because my total % of remaining 2 subjects is 64. Or can I re-appear in Module I for A/cs exam? I want to give exam of Module II. we are manufacture exporter and ISO certificate holder, we applied to dgft for status holder certificate. but they raised a quarry :

that our ISO certificate agencies not mentioned in that list of appendix 5 of DGFT.

and

they asking consolidated foreign currency statement from bank. what is that how to prepare. any format is available please provide.


if the above two are not possible to produce means what is the other remedy.
