Dear All,

Can any one solve my query.

Mr. A was the auditor of company in F.Y. 2007-08 & F.Y. 2008-09
He was dead but he filed 23B of that company but could not filed 23AC.
Now Mr. B is the auditor of that company he filed all 23B & 23AC from F.Y. 2009-10 onwards,but he could not file the 23AC of F.Y. 2007-08 & F.Y. 2008-09.
Because he has not Mr. A details like PAN No.,Membership no. etc.
Mr. B find the membership no. from ICAI website, but could not found the PAN No. of Mr. A



Kindly advise how Mr. B File the 23AC without PAN No.

Dear Experts, need your valuable inputs on the transaction as mentioned herewith:

1. A (Thailand) is selling goods B(India)
2. B(India) will further sale it to C(Srilanka)

Now, the qurey is:

Whether Goods Sold by A (Thailand) to B(India), can be dispatched directly to C(Srilanka)without entering goods in Indian jurisdiction?

What documentation needs to be prepared by B(India) and C (Srilanka).

what is process of pan card cancellation

If a builder is providing Construction service from the year 2011-12 and is building only 12 bunglows under its scheme. Now according to the old rule any builders building upto 12 bunglows were exempt from service tax but from 1st July, 2012 it says only 1 bunglow will be exempt from Service Tax. Please guide me as to how can i proceed. Do i have to pay Service tax or not.

"XYZ" Proprietor register's 1st Firm "A" Firm Register under Service Tax and second "B" Firm not register.
1) "XYZ" Labour charges turnover 'A' firm 1,00,00,000 and "B" firm 8,00,000/ - if he face service Tax scrutiny. What happens with "XYZ".

2) "XYZ" Labour charges turnover 'A' firm 1,00,00,000 and "B" firm 40,00,000/ - if he face service Tax scrutiny. What happens with "XYZ".
