Guide the procedure for appointment of partner and cessation of designated partner?

Confirm that only form 3 and 4 of LLP needs to be filled.

Pls provide the format to change LLP agreement for the aforesaid task

sir i have completed 8 months of articleship and i want to take break from articleship for 15 months .and complete remaining articleship later.

Capital gain

If i am living in a building and if Government gives us a flat in a new building by taking our old flats WITHOUT Consideration than does it attract Capital Gain????

Overtime

A factory working time is 8am to 4.30 pm I.e. 8.30 hrs and 0.30 hr gives for lunch time ( necessary as per sec 55 of the factories act 1948) . My query 0.30 hr is include in working hrs or not for overtime cacilation ?

Foreign debtors

I have foreign debtors & creditors on 31st march i just want to ask that whether unrealised foreign exchange loss or gain on balances of debtors & creditors are taxable under income tax act.
