Can anyone pls provide me with the required documents which are needed for filing form 8 for hypothecation..

Generally Form-8 requires the Instrument Creating the charges, it includes, Agreement of Hypothication, Bank Sanctioned letter which give details of terms and condition and details of property secured against loan/borrowing.

There should be some agreement between you and the bank and the same is to be attached.
This can be filed by wither you or your banker for creation of charged with ROC under the Companies act
