AT THE TIME OF IPCC REGISTRATION I HAVE REGISTERED BOTH GROUPS OF IPCC WITH ARTICLES AND FOR ATC ALSO. I CLEARED GROUP-1 OF IPCC IN MAY 2012 , TILL NOW I DID NOT GOT ANY CERTIFICATE ABOUT ATC.WHAT IS THE PROBLEM ? PLEASE CLARIFY MY QUERY..

i was fillup both group of cwa inter exam but due to some unavoidable reasons after completing CCS training can not appear in CCS training exam so i can't get the certificate of such course now after consulting the concern person he told me that you will drop a application and you are eligible for both group cwa inter exam.
when i got the admit card it is mention in the admit card that you are eligible for giving group one exam only.


please help or assist me as soon as possible on said problem.

Dear Experts,

One of our service agent, is going to apply for Service tax registration on next month., mean while he gave a invoice (provisional Invoice for bill payment purpose) to us including service tax and he said that after getting service tax registration, he'll provide the ST Regn NO.

In this case shall we pay the Service Tax amount to our service agent.
