Hello Sir,

I was Received a massage that CA FINAL minimum Marks 55% aggregate & 45% individual Subject,which applicable from may 2015 please Sir Explain it & its true???

I have one client whose turnover is less than 1 crores and profit is also less than 8% but he is not opting for 44AD, now could you please confirm whether he is lible for tax audit. Please also confirm in which case person is lible for tax audit.

House property income

I have 2 HP in which 1 HP I sold in current year & interest on that HP is around Rs.3 Lac which is already give on rent part of the current year, 2nd HP which is self occupied & interest on it is around Rs.10 Lac.
So while calculating tax weather it is possible to me to show self occupied HP as a rented HP?

Period of rejoin of articleship

Sir,I have completed my articleship for the 2months and terminate by filling the Form109.I have also received the confirmaton from the Institute regarding my termination.Now I want to join my articleship in another firm after1year.So Is that possible?OR Is there any time period to join the other articleship?
