one of my client has not received his TDS REFUND.foy a.y 2011-12 & 12-13.
Is there any option in online system of incometaxindiaefilling.gov.in to remind it to department?

Please check the status of demand/refund by loging in with PAN of assessee.

There is no option to remind the department
