Can Anyone help me that how to get a certificate to obtain deduction under section 35AC Regarding animal husbandry.
we have an client, having registered as trust, his main object to preserve the cow from butchler, now he has 18000 cow and he has tonnes of dung, by using that dung he research to produce electricity and LPG type Gas.
To Obtain an exempted profit from that activity he wants to obtain licence under section 35AC.
Please Guide me the procedure to obtain certificate for eligible to obtain deduction under section 35AC
suppose i have raise labour bill on 31/03/13 amt. to rs. 200000/- but the party recd labour bill on 02/04/2013 & tds deducted on 02/04/13. now my query is that when can i claim tds whether in f.y. 12-13 or 13-14.
Is the Company liable to deduct any TDS u/s 195 on payment of Consultancy charges to a foreign individual who is on behalf of the company provides service in foreign country to foriegn buyer?
The foreign consultant does not have any permanent establishment in India nor does he provide any services in India.
If section 195 not applicable then can you provide us from where it is clear in Act for our future reference.

Now-a-days, it is mandatory to upload tax audit online with digital signature of authorised representatives (CA) with Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Account in PDF format.
Is it necessary to scan the Financial Statements after signing the documents or only convert the same in PDF format without signature?
Because both the party ARCA and Assessee has to digitally signed the same documents online....
Please clarify the same....
