I will be taking admission in IGNOU for B Com in October but i have to submit my articleship form within September. So which date should i give in form 112 as starting date of that course or can i submit form 112 after taking admission in the course separately from form 103 which i have to submit within September.

I am continuously appearing for CPT exam since June 2011, Shall I have to revalidate the registration Number for appearing in CPT exam in 15th Dec 2013. Please Guide.

If YES then what would be the Fee, and before what date shall I have to revalidate for appearing in CPT 15th Dec 2013.

Hi, I have an auditable transport partnership firm. In that firm there are two partners. In partnership deed, there is a provision of remuneration to partner as per income tax act. So I want to know that it is compulsory to provide remuneration to partner. As for finance purpose they need minimum profit 235000. So if we provide remuneration profit must be 539000 or above. Partners are willing not to take remuneration.
Please help me what to do. ?
