MY QUERY IS THAT FOR FILE AUDIT REPORT, P.L. AND BALANCE SHEET SCAN ARE COMPULSARY SIGN BY ASSESSEE AND C.A

For uploading Tax Audit it is compulsory to attached the scanned balance sheet & P/L along with notes to accounts duly signed as required.

icai clarified signatures are not mandatory we can upload pdf converted from excel files alos keeping -sd/- in signature coloumns

But i recommend scan and upload signed financials only as far as possible as in case of companies we can use same files for roc uploads 23ca,23aca
