23 September 2013 For uploading Tax Audit it is compulsory to attached the scanned balance sheet & P/L along with notes to accounts duly signed as required.

23 September 2013 icai clarified signatures are not mandatory we can upload pdf converted from excel files alos keeping -sd/- in signature coloumns

But i recommend scan and upload signed financials only as far as possible as in case of companies we can use same files for roc uploads 23ca,23aca
