I m not able to upload my IT Return for AY 10-11 and 11-12.

I have got a notice from Income Tax office for non-filing of returns.

If the time limit is over for the above period to upload IT Returns, then what will have to be done to file these returns.

Dear sir,

We want to file Form 23AC/ACA and Form 20B for Pvt Ltd. Company for the year 2011-12 and 2012-13.
AGM date is 29/09/2012 and 24/09/2013 respectively.
In 2011-12 director resigned after the AGM Date but we colud not filr ROC .
Now we want to file ROC for Year 2011-12 but we have not DSC for the director which was in 2011-12.
