hi freinds,i have been selected for a company in the campus placements organised by the insti,but to my disappointment i have not received my offer letter yet.its more than 2 months!!! what shall i do now,shall i wait more?

Suppose X Ltd. is registered as service provider and service receiver.

Tsupplyhe company pays service tax under reverse charge mechanism for manpower supply. The value of service is Rs. 7,00,000.

The company also rents property and receives rent of Rs. 6,00,000.

Now my question is whether the company can take the benefit of small service provider exemption of Rs. 10,00,000 as the value of rent is Rs. 6,00,000 only
OR
For the purpose of calculation of Rs. 10,00,000 the value of manpower supply is to be taken as the notification only specifies about GTA and is liable to service tax.

I am pursuing cs(executive), I want to know should I go for LLB regular, as I am already 22 yrs old. Should I opt for it or any other course or only continue with CS now?? Also I want to know abt the scope of CS, can it secure me a good job?? Because ther are some changes after coming of companies act,2013???

Challan input file name can be downloaded from NSDL Website.But How can genrate other three files can it be genreted throuh old version (FLU3.8)as there is no screen display arear like RPU3.8 from where form,challan,anexture detail are filled.Please explain me .

Hi, My question is that I have completed 2 years of my articleship and have got an opportunity for Industrial Training with a reputed organisation but my principal employer is not allowing me to join there at the IT job for the reason that I have not completed my current ongoing work and not given a handover of my assignments to some other person.

Can he refuse to sign the papers for the simple reason that I have not given the handover of my work to someone else being in my articleship period even after informing my immediate superior 3 months ago that I am looking forward for IT?

Also is there a provision that I cannot consider the period of extension for serving IT?

Please advise as soon as possible.

I have filled the TDS correction return(challan correction) of our client today.
No fees was paid for the return & same was submitted.
now return status shown as "Processed With Defaults"
My question is that - is it compulsory to submit the fee for the return?,& Y status is shown as "Processed With Defaults"
