1)In balance sheet(2012-2013) of our company their is share application money pending for allotment, now as per new Companies Act (2013) what needs to be done with this amount?

2)Company XYZ is a holding company had paid some amount to its subsidiary company as advance can that amount be taken as advance for goods to be supplied in current year balance sheet?

I am a CA Final Student.I have cleared IPCC Both groups in May 2012.I have registered for articleship on 29th Nov,2012.I will be serving last 12 months of articleship on May 2015 .As per New eligibilty rules for final Examination appearing on Institute website,will I be able to appear in May 2015.

Eligibility

1. The candidate must have passed the Intermediate/ PE-II Examination.
2. The candidate must have obtained Final Course registration number from Board of Studies Section of the concerned decentralized office of the Institute after passing the Intermediate/ PE-II Examination.
3. The candidate must have completed the practical training as is required for admission as a member or is serving the last twelve months of practical training on the first day of the month in which the examination is scheduled to be held: and

Hi,I want to open a business of cashew selling to the super market chains in Bangalore mainly along with Gujrat and Rajasthan.My permanent address is at Kolkata where I want to open my office as i don't have any permanent address at Bangalore.But i will purchase the cashew from Mangalore which is in Karnataka.So,please guide me in which place I should open my office as vat percentage differs in different state and should I get a TIN in West Bengal?Actually,I am not aware which are the process i have to go through to start this business.Thanks.
