What is the treatment of service tax if the service is provide to governments??

I'm interesting in Personal Financial Advisors(CFP) and appearing M.com.

1. salary for CFP and M.com certificate holder from fresher to experience .
2. Salary for Chartered Accountant.
3. Salary for CFA holder.

I wanted to know that I want to take transfer of my articleship & I have completed four months of training. so what's the prior process of doing that,do I need to inform Icai in written format n den submit form 109 or no need to do so n give 109 directly. Also how much time before I should intimate the principal. reply as soon as possible. Thanks for help

There is limitation u/s 275 for imposition of penalty.
Is there any provision for initiation of penalty proceedings.

hi i need to know what type of changes will be there in ipcc syllabus for nov 2015 exams? i am new to this stream and so i want to know whether i have to wait till icai gives any announcement regarding syllabus or can i start preparing now onwards?

i am doing ipcc . i want to join big 4 for articleship.is it possible that i can get there after group one or doing both groups individually? if yes what are the other requirements apart from theoretical knowledge which we acquire during ipcc?

Let me know what is the defination of full time director for the purpose of payment of service tax under reverse charge mechanism.
In case,if a director is a proprietor of a business under his individual capacity,he cant be called a fulltime director,merely he is engaging in a business,however he is devoting his entire time in the company as a director.Please clear the position of director in this case,because companies are receiving notices from the service tax department regarding this issue.

I am currently persueing articleship and i have already registered for IGNOU bcom distance course.Can i also register my self for CS examinations? How many correspondance courses is a student permitted to do during the period of articleship?
